You will be in Responsible :
Greeting customers with a smile
* Processing bets and assisting with customer inquiries
* Teaching customers how to use betting terminals
* Fostering relationships with customers and delivering exceptional customer service
* Promoting responsible gambling at all times
* Assisting managers with shop displays and opening and closing activities as needed
Working Hours
* Our stores are open between the hours of 8 a.m. and 10 p.m., Monday through Sunday
* Shifts are planned according to a rota and are subject to change; they may include evening and weekend work
What are the requirements for success?
* Must be at least 18 years old (this is a legal requirement)
* Be passionate about providing excellent customer service
* Possess strong interpersonal and empathy skills and the capacity to interact with clients from various backgrounds
