A motivated, enterprising, and analytical Account Manager for the UK is needed by Amazon, which is a leader in operations and logistics. We are searching for a B2B sales professional with experience managing accounts for Medium to Extra Large-level clients who will be enthusiastic about working in a new start-up setting.

The effective account manager will be at ease dealing with uncertainty and working in a start-up setting. You will have experience building relationships with a wide range of clients, drive the company’s commercial growth, collaborate successfully with functional areas like business, operations, procurement, finance, and IT, and have a demonstrated track record of exceeding programme objectives and revenue targets.

 
Key job responsibilities
• Our own business strategy and our clients’ commercial expansion
· Increase our product’s revenue, acceptance, and market sector share.

• Gain customers’ (shippers’) trust by recommending products that address their objectives as a business while reaching goals for customer revenue and/or feature uptake.

• Track performance, explain core causes, and identify areas for improvement

• Analyse current purchasing procedures and consider opportunities for solutions to enhance end-user experiences, save costs, and boost organisational performance. 
• Relay market segment demands and requirements back to internal Amazon teams.

• Promote and hasten the adoption of spend by educating customers on the best ways to use our product.
• Evaluate programme risks, foresee difficulties, and offer escalation control as needed.

 
Basic Qualifications
• Vast experience in account management, sales, management consulting, or other positions with broadly ranging responsibilities.

• A bachelor’s degree or its equivalent, ideally in a field connected to business, such as business administration, business engineering, or business information

• Proven quantitative analytical competence, project management abilities, customer focus, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to successfully prioritise and multitask; • Strong business acumen, as well as communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and working understanding of databases or CRM systems, such as Salesforce, are requirements for success. 
• Succeeding applicants will have demonstrated experience in creating novel ideas, methods, and solutions to typical, unexpected, or challenging situations in a competitive and ever-changing business environment.
Preferred Requirements
• Entrepreneurial history with proven ability to cope with ambiguity, pivot quickly, adapt to new processes, and run quickly. • Demonstrated experience in helping to develop individuals on your team and scaling best practises.
