• Patrol the assigned area to watch for and stop trespassing, damage, potential dangers, and security lapses.
• Prevent theft, damage, trespassing, and accidents from occurring to property or tenants.
· Maintain a conspicuous presence to uphold safety and security
Respond to alarms and aid requests, identify suspicious behaviour, threats, and irregular activities, and keep an eye on and monitor visitor and employee admission and exit in accordance with established policy.
Implement the predetermined emergency plan in the event of an emergency. Detect and challenge unauthorized individuals and security procedure violators. Check property using electronic monitoring systems.
